Dr. Marvis Sonnier is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Sonnier received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Jackson State University. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Sonnier also completed a General Practice Residency at Meriter Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Sonnier has been in private practice for over 20 years. Her dental membership affiliations include Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Sonnier's Life Membership affiliations include Meharry Medical College Alumni Life Member, Jackson State University Alumni Life Member and Diamond Life Member Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. She has been married to her husband Marcus for over 20 years. They have 2 sons, Ryan and Dylan.
