Dental Staff

Ms. Erica Garcia-Medrano has been a part of Sonnier Dental for the past 17 years. She started out as Dr. Sonnier’s Dental Assistant, then transitioned to Treatment Coordinator, and is now the Office Manager at Sonnier Dental. Erica is the best team player and definitely helps the team with the behind-the-scenes administrative and back-office tasks. She is available to assist our patients with their treatment plans, billing, or insurance questions. When she is not at work, she loves spending quality time with her husband, three children, three dogs, three guinea pigs, and two hamsters. She looks forward to helping you in all your dental needs and achieving the best smile you can have!

Kristy has been working in the dental field for 27 years, her love of people and fun personality make for a perfect fit in the front office environment.  She loves helping patients achieve their dental goals and works diligently to make sure insurance claims are handled in a timely manner.  Kristy enjoys spending time with her husband Barry as well as her grown children and two dogs.  In her free time, Kristy enjoys hiking, kayaking, and traveling with her family.

Ms. Ana Sanchez-Alcantar has been a Certified Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions for over five years. She joined the Sonnier Dental team about four years ago. Ana now serves as Dr. Sonnier’s lead assistant due to her knowledge and confidence in patient care. She enjoys the art of dentistry and the creativity that is used during dental procedures. Ana makes the patients feel comfortable by catering to their needs along with learning who they are as people. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with family and friends and cares for her bunnies! Ana is definitely adventurous and loves hiking and exploring new adventures.
